Old country house with annex, plot of land and nice views situated in a small village 30 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property is located on a quiet street in proximity to a small forest.
The house has two floors with separate entrances. The ground level can be entered from the lower section of the yard through a small metal door. This floor holds one big premise from which you enter into two more rooms. All of them used to be storages and are currently filled with old items which need to be removed. Above is the second floor which consists of small lobby, corridor, kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom. The annex which is located near the house holds three additional premises – a dining room, corridor and another room used as storage.
The yard is 770 sq.m. and it is divided in two sections – garden between the house and the annex and driveway area situated around the house providing parking for vehicles inside the property. There are a couple of other properties around but most of them are empty or used seasonally so lots of peace and privacy. The house is in close proximity to a hill and a small forest located just across the street.
The village is small and quiet. The local shop and bar are about 6-7 minutes away from the house. There are two towns within about 10 km distance from here and both can be reached with a car or a train. The area around the village is very quiet and picturesque. The mix of hills, fields, forests and the near small river provide good conditions for hunting and fishing, cycling, wildlife photography or recreation.
