Country house with a private plot, located near the main street of a quiet village, 20 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property is situated within the limits of the village in proximity to the main road, a small recreational area and shop.
The house has two floors connected via internal staircase. The ground level holds a corridor, living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, a storage room and a premise for a bathroom with a toilet. Over the solid internal stairs is the second floor, which has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and an attic space which can be converted and used as a storage or a small office. The house had been empty for a few years now and requires a good cleanup and certain amount of renovation. The property has running water and electricity, central heating system and the windows in the bedrooms upstairs have been replaced with new PVC joinery.
The garden is with medium size and is flat so it is easy to maintain although currently it is a bit overgrown and requires some attention. The house is situated in a nice, sunny spot with quick access to the main street of the village. There is a shop not far away from here as well as two grocery stores down the road from the property. Some of the houses around are currently empty, other are inhabited all year round.
The village is quiet and there you will find a post office, a couple of grocery stores, a coffee bar, a mayor`s office and a small library. It is just 20 km away from the city of Vratsa and roughly the same distance from the city of Montana. Both cities are big and offer many amenities such as various, bars and restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, supermarkets, hospitals, administrative services, etc.
