It is our great pleasure to bring you this exclusive offer of a family villa for sale, with a total usable floor area of 443 m2, situated on a plot of land with an area of 595 m2, on Vaňkova Street in the district of Hloubětín – Prague 14.
The property is a three-storey villa built in 1990 with a slight pitched gable roof. The orientation of the whole building is to the south. The northern wall of the villa adjoins the adjacent building of a similarly sized villa.
Ground floor
The ground floor is dominated by an impressive entrance with a spacious entrance hall which leads on to an open staircase clad in light marble. The ground floor also has a studio flat which can be used as a barrier-free flat for the elderly or for a caretaker. First floor
