House in Zalaszentjakab, Zala
You enter the hall and from there you reach the living room, three bedrooms, the (renovated) bathroom and the kitchen. From the living room you can reach the fourth bedroom and next to the kitchen there is also the pantry. All in all a lot of space.
In recent years, electricity and water pipes have been renewed, there are new plastic windows with double glazing and fly screens. There is also a new kitchen and the bathroom has been renewed. Everything is neatly in order although there is still some work to complete it as you would like to make it to your taste.
The plot is 6,404 m2 and fenced. In the garden there is an outbuilding with the cellar and a well. The plot is nice and wide and next to the plot there is a country road to the agricultural plots behind it. On the plot there are various outbuildings suitable for keeping animals, among other things. For example, there is a stable of 40 x 3 m, a new pasture and meadows.

In Nagykanizsa also several schools and a hospital. At a 6-7 km from Zalaszentjakab you will find Zalakaros where there is a thermal bath. A day trip to Lake Balaton is perfectly doable. You are close to the M7 and then drive to Balatonkeresztúr in half an hour.
Many opportunities for hunting and fishing in the area.
Area is easy to drive too. You are here about 50 km from Croatia, 55 km from Slovenia and the M7 is "around the corner".
